I would not use navy in your drapery or the wall color. If you take a look at PB's photo, notice how light the room is and how refreshing it feels. I would paint the room a soft blushish/grey or even white. You may want to layer your bed - ie: per PB's bed... layering makes it more modern and inviting as well.

Do not paint a bedroom navy blue. Do not hang navy blue drapes. You have picked out neutral soft bedding so stick with those colors.

Because of the neutral color of your bedding, you actually have a whole world of color open to you. Neutrals make the perfect background for color. The thing I would recommend considering is that navy is very dark. It can make your space look smaller, and I, personally, would not do a navy wall with navy drapes in your room. To ensure your guests are comfortable and not bombarded with color or made to feel like they are in a dark cave, I think you should pick a light wall color, and, if you want navy in the drapery, consider something with color blocking (like a navy section on the bottom) or with a different scale pattern than the bed. That way it will keep the room airy, while bringing in the color I'm assuming you would like (you can really do this with just about any color). You can also add in your pop color with a couple of pillows, artwork, or other accessories. And if you are concerned about colors coordinating with your bed, take a sham shopping with you.
