ceiling fan selection

We have four bedrooms on the same level and I would like to replace the ceiling fans in all. I will probably get something different for the master, but should the other three bedrooms all have the same fan or can they be different. Two of the smaller bedrooms are for my sons and the other is for guest. The hardwood floor in all the rooms are stained a dark walnut color. I will paint the wall behind the bed blue in two of the bedrooms. The rest of the walls will be painted white. I'm looking at either MinkaAire distressed koa for the guest and Casablanca Tercera brushed body and walnut/expresso blade for the boys' room, or Casablanca for all three rooms. Appreciate any suggestions.

Do you live in a climate that requires them? My preference would be ceiling fixtures and a floor fan. They make some really nice ones.

IMO ceiling fans shoud be as invisble as possible I don’t think they are a design elemnt in most cases I also sidlike the center lights with them.

I'm a fan of adding lighting that suits the room, so I'm a proponent of a fan that also works best works in the room. There are some great minimal/modern fans that can suit so many decors.

I think it's fine to make the master more "special", but I would do all of the guest bedrooms with the same one. I personally am not a fan of white blades, so I would get something to compliment the hardwood floors.

I think it's fine for master to be different - is it different from other rooms in ceiling height, design too....

Thank you all for your comments. Will consider all your suggestions. None of these bedrooms have recessed lighting and I don't like floor lamps, so that's why I'm going with fans with light option. I will select the same fan for all three bedrooms. The master has a tray ceiling so I will definetely find something different and larger.

Fans with lights that point outward I find point into eyes. There are ok ones with lights that point straight down, imo better.

I have different ceiling fans in my rooms. They were chosen to go with the decor of the room.

One bedroom has white; the bedding & drapes are blue and white as is the trim and doors. I also have a white fan in the kitchen.

The small den has dark brown. The walls are taupe/tan. It is decorated with wildlife art and taxidermy.
