My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

From Drab to Fab!

This bathroom was neglected for decades - it's in a 1957 home that needed a lot of work. We did a complete renovation to bring it up to date.

-Espresso vanity cabinet
-White cultured marble top
-D100 3"x6" subway tile
-White pressed steel tub
-Marazzi 12"x24" Trendy Taupe floor tile, staggered lay

    I was just thinking that it is really great to see a small bathroom renovated into an attractive small bathroom. I am always disappointed to see a small bathrooms miraculously renovated into a huge bathroom with it's own ensuite. Unlimited budgets aren't an option for everyone and I appreciate seeing a job done simply but oh so well.

      Looks great. Love the transom window which is high enough for privacy yet still lets the light in. Nice! Could even add a shower curtain to bring in more color.

      How/why is the vanity where the toilet was? Is this really the same room? The makeover is fabulous, but you will not convince me it's the same room.

      Impressive, fresh and inviting, but the shower curtain is a pain. Anyone that has had the wet cold curtain stuck to their behind while showering will know it does not work, and it is inclined to go all mildewy.
