I don't know which is which, but I would never choose my granite without insisting on seeing the full slab. From the samples I like the middle one best, but monitors play games with colors, so I am not sure that is worth much.

The bianco antico looks like the best choice.

Granite is Gaillo, Bianco, Venetian as ordered in the first photo.

This is essentially what my kitchen will look like (no pendant lights, different back splash, lighter flooring)

That photo shows a quartz countertop but its very similar in color as the bianco.

Go with your instinct! Bianco Antico will look lovely even with the variations.

Never, ever, choose a granite without inspecting the slab and signing off on it. I am surprised the vendor would sell it to you. There has to be a granite yard somewhere near you.

I would insist to see the full slab of granite; and hand-select the actual slab that will go for your project;

Some Bianco Antico blocks come with fissures, or resin-fillers, or peach/red areas; therefore on an exotic granite it is the best for you to buy only upon seeing it.

If really there is no way of hand-selecting the actual slab, I would go with Giallo Ornamental. It is phenomenal, very rich once installed, a very safe choice.

The last pic, the one w/your feet. I like that granite the best. I like the quartz in the kitchen pic you posted to. you don't want quartz?

I also like the Bianco Antico.

The one with the feet. The others are quite yellow and that will be limiting.

Bianco Antico for sure! I've used it in many projects and it's become my go-to granite. Goes with almost any color tone, I have yet for a slab to disappoint a client.

Quartz was WAY more as an option, so I couldn't afford it on my budget. I have asked the builder if I can see the slab but was told that isn't something they can do so that is why I considered the Gaillo Ornamental since it is a more consistent stone. Also a pretty stone, but I just thought it'd lack the character of the Bianco Antico.

I like the middle sample best. I agree ( as I have both the Venetian gold and St. Cecilia) and they throw yellow.

You won't be as locked in wth paint colors.

I like the first picture, the middle piece.

I know quartz may be way more, but in the long run it is more consistent.

I have Bianco Antico and love it! My cabinet maker said it is the prettiest granite he has ever seen. It looks like it will be a good choice with other surfaces you have chosen. I do agree that it is best to select the exact slabs if that is an option. If it is not and the granite representative is trustworthy - you could specify your "unwanted" colors and ask her to send you a picture of the slabs for approval.
