Hello!! This pendant can take up to a 60 watt bulb. It is a standard socket therefore you can use a variety of bulbs.

It can take up to 60 watt? I was looking at the vintage 60 watt edison style LED lights today, and really wanted to purchase them, but then bought the 40 watt instead. I will return them and get the 60 watt bulbs if they can handle them! Let me know?

Yes- they can use a 60 watt LED :)

Excellent, thank you. The lights arrived and they are wonderful. EXACTLY what I needed in my "tiny house" project that is modern farmhouse style. Can't wait for our electrician to put them up! :-)
