The grey loveseat is too chunky to be in the position it is in. Place it on the wall next to the piano or get rid of it and choose a much smaller footprint.

I'm not sure if this layout would work, but here are some thoughts:

--Would the blue sofa fit across the room if you floated it facing the fireplace and leave you enough room to enter the living area? Move it in closer than you have the current chair. If that works, move the piano farther left on piano wall so that you have a passageway. A little like this idea minus the window seat.

--Re-home the oversized chair to another room or on Craigslist. You have a very large sofa wherever you place it and don't need another oversized piece.

--If you can place the sofa facing the fireplace, think about buying a complementary red chair, on legs and similar proportions or in asubtle print of turquoise and red to place near the window but facing the sofa. Or a modern wooden rocker.

----Get a round coffee table on legs or a patterned round ottoman in turquoise and red. The current coffee table doesn't work.

--A white round kitchen table would work better in that space with a great looking light over it--maybe the Ikea Fillsta in white
