We made it home. Traffic was bad from Knoxville to Chattanooga. Must be the Alabama fans going home.

I had to stop and buy a bag of fresh mountain apples at my usual place.

Sue and I ran into the usual traffic around the Raleigh area, but I got her to RDU airport with time to spare. Wish I was still quilting at Holston today.....:o(

I wasn't at retreat, but I did make it home from Cuba last night. What a fantastic trip! Glad you gals had such a wonderful time at retreat. I was really sorry to miss it. Hopefully, next year.

Got back to Fort Collins about 10:45 pm last night. My flight arrived in Denver around 8pm and I missed the 8:15 shuttle by 10 minutes! Bummer. We took our son to the airport this morning - not India like he thought, but going to Chicago instead... At least it gave us a chance to see him on his birthday today. Got back from the aiport this afternoon and took my Pfaff over and they had a used foot pedal - at first he wanted $50 for it, but after I said that was too much, he came down to $30. I got it and it works great. Tobey & Tyler are going to take the other one apart - might be the internal circuit board in the pedal.

Wish I was back in NC quilt, also!!
