The wallpaper makes a strong statement. I would choose one of the colors from the wallpaper - probably the dark green or turquoise - and upholster in a solid fabric, appropriate for a dining chair. Then repaint the wood chairs either the remaining option from the original choice.

Can you show pictures of the chairs?

HI -- I would not match to any color in the paper . The paper is a strong pattern and should stand alone . Pick any flower color such as pink as suggested by carole or a pretty gold or a colbalt /peacock blue or a classy navy . Keep the chairs the color you have , I like them and they don't need to be painted .

I'd go with white seats. There are wonderful, spill-proof white fabrics out there these days.

Without seeing what the chairs look like I'm thinking you might want to go with white slipcovers. Keep it simple because you really don't need to add any other color to compete with the wallpaper.

You should look for a white white to work with the paint trim in the dining room.

Love the bold wallpaper. The room would need the chairs to tie in to the strong natural theme. First instinct for upholstered chairs is espresso toned seagrass or wicker. Might be a challenge to find someone who can do this but could be stunning. Good luck!

I love the suggestion of matching the deep pink. Just don't go with green!

Wood table is non sequiter with white paneling. Paint table same white. Upholster chairs in color of flowers on wallpaper. Coral / cream check or Zebra pattern.

I'm going against the grain. I think a solid deep rich green would look great against the light floor and wainscoting, and tie in the wallpaper. Green would also coordinate well with the garden/oriental styling of the wainscoting, and lushness of the wallpaper.

Love the panelling, but I think the panelling and chairs might look nice in the same color way. Pale green panelling, deeper on chairs. Love the changeup to natural wood table.

Deep coral . Wow , do I love this room! I would love to see gold bamboo chairs in here though!

I would find something that works with your existing blue chairs. Patterned upholstery in the same color would look great. These aren't patterned but they are the right color:

I think upholstered chairs are to heavy a look for in here. But if you do reupholster them then I think they should be done in something that mimics a natural fiber look like woven rattan. But before you invest in that I would price out new chairs!

@lynaartist thanks for the beautiful chair options! I love them! I did purchase 2 white ones just like those but the backs are so uncomfortable! That's y I got the two blue ones, which are a similar idea and chose to reupholster the rest.

Sarasalma! I didn't realize you were in Dubai. Your dining room is beautiful! The chairs you have a bit squat and if you do do upholstered chairs I would try to do them in a combo of wood/bamboo and a fabric like I posted. I would not match it to the paper . Nice job!
