Do you have some colors you think you'd like? Personally, I always like bright, colorful shutters, since white shows dirt and gray often looks sad on windows. What do you think about green? Something in a forest or sage?

Urban bronze is really nice - that would be my choice for sure.

I like your current colors except for that gable/shingle color. That color has got to go.

A good compliment that would go with your existing paint work and stonework would be an deep blue based purple or wine like Benjamin Moore #2116-30 Cabernet or their VC-30 Hastings Red from the Historical True Colours...
