I think it maybe could have changed somewhat after sitting for a year. I smelled this the other day at my Publix supermarket and was kind of "eh" about the scent. I do love the "fresh air" scent though unless they've changed it. It's too bad your bottle smells different. Maybe you can donate it or leave it at a laundry mat.

I have the beach sage FS...IMO...it does a lously job...I thought I liked the scent and I kinda do...in the bottle not so much on the towels. I'll probably give it away before it goes bad. I can't use a jug of FS fast enough and wish they came in tiny bottles. LOL.

Thank you both. I'm giving it one more try today on my towels, not clothes. If it still bothers me, I'll give it away.

Did a load of towels and there is virtually no scent left after they are dried. Strange, but I guess I can continue using it for towels and sheets. It does clean well.
