I'm working on a garden bed for the cool season. I have some Brussels sprouts, iceberg, onion and garlic!

So I've never had any experience with sets, so I just shoved them in a transplant tray with soil (the bed wasn't ready then), and watered them. The only soil I had wasn't great and stayed really wet and cold. I wasn't expecting much, I thought they'd just mold and die. Well I was wrong!! I planted them Sunday

And this is today! i also tore apart some store bought garlic and planted it. Those are also growing roots!!

are they always this fast?? I'm super excited
