Help! Kitchen blinds- cellular or 2" wood slat

I have a huge (92" wide) kitchen window that I need to put a blind on. At night it is too revealing and the afternoon sun does hit you in the face at the dining table. I have white motorized 2" wood slat blind in the living room (about 30' away).

Here's my problem....

1)I would like them to match and can't return the other blind at this point. Maybe it doesn't matter that much to match since they are so far away and technically in different rooms.

2) it's a modern space so I think the cellular shade would look more fitting. Because cellular shades don't allow you to see out when they block sun I could get the ones that pull down from the top and up from bottom to block the rays when needed but still having a window with sunlight. At night I can have shade block the bottom 2/3 of window since I'm not 11" tall.

3) the wood slats could be slanted allowing me to see out but block sun and at night prevent others from looking in and I wouldn't have to move them a lot. Or I could motorized them with the other blind and have daytime and night time settings at touch of button. But then it's not as modern looking.
