Are you planning to keep them in pack n plays until they are only enough for the twin beds? Or are you buying cribs? You have a blank slate, so sky's the limit. I would just look around on Houzz to get some design inspiration and go from there. Pretty open ended thing for anyone on here to answer.

Need color. I'd put bright posters over each twin bed, and maybe hang some big letters or colorful animal cut-outs on the closet doors. Obviously their needs are going to change steadily over the coming months and first few years, so you have time to do more to address what they need later -- e.g., once the cribs are out, you could get a book case for one wall and a dresser for the other, and add wall-hung reading lights for each bed, as well as getting a more substantial night stand.

But right now, you just need ease of use for you and a few colorful and patterned things to look at while the babies are developing the ability to see. (A few months from now, when they really fight diaper changes, I suggest putting something interesting just above their heads on the bassinet or bed (wherever you tend to change them) to distract them, and change it every week or two...)

I would put the 2 cribs up against the longest wall right next to each other. I would put them right up against the wall not sticking out into the middle of the room to give you more walking space. I would put a dresser or changing table on the opposite wall and a comfortable upholstered rocker with a small table next to it by the window. If you want to do something to hang on the wall you can go to the craft store and buy wood letters to spell out your sons names. You could paint them & hang them above their cribs.
