Need help tiling

I have a splashback 1950mm wide by 620mm high that I have a metallic feature tile for The tile is 600mmx300mm
Should I do a centre tile and cut equal widths above and below or can I run a 20 mm tile along the top?
Adjoining splashback, including angled wall, will be stone to match bench top and I would like to run this at no more than 400mm high
