My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello - The flooring is Pearwood obtained through West Valley Hardwood Floor Distributors in Kent, WA.

    Interesting. Never heard of pearwood. Does it look like Brazilian cherry in person?

    It's a beautiful warm wood with lots of color variation. I believe it's a bit lighter than Brazilian Cherry.
