Shirley, I emailed my Bingo words to you. Let me know if you don't get the list. As for the bird design, I ordered several templates last year that are made by Hot Off the Press. They are designed for scrapbooking and card making and the bird was one of the designs. You have the outline to trace and the sheet also gives you directions and then you cut them out and fold them in certain places and "voila"! There are some I haven't tried yet that make tiny things with lots of places to fold - even to make tiny little purses. One day I'll experiment with them...

Shirley, your package arrived today. Wow! Thank you so much for everything. I hurried to take a picture before the light gets too dim although that may be awhile. Today is a nice bright day. Our temperatures went to 80 degrees yesterday. What an odd winter! I haven't winter sowed yet because I don't know what will happen with these extremely warm temperatures. I'm afraid everything will sprout and then it will get too cold after that. I'll give it a try soon.

I spaced Shirley's items that she sent out as best I could, but I know you can't see all of them. There are lots of lovely gift tags. One has a poem about "These Hands" with some felt mittens attached. That poem is one I've never seen before. Shirley also decorated 2 gift bags and some red glitter ornaments. They are so cute. In the plastic bag is an assortment of muffin or cupcake picks/toppers. My older granddaughter will love using these next Christmas. There is a tree ornament with a snowman from a card and a burlap tree framing it - also has some berries. I love it! Shirley, do you realize you and I received some Christmas cards with the same design? How amazing.

Shirley also sent a lovely note and I'm saving this gift to mention last because it's the cutest thing ever and so creative. Shirley gathered things from the woods and there is a stump with two holes in it and peeking out of the stump are 2 little mice made from sweet gum balls, acorns, and pieces of pinecone. Shirley it's so creative and so cute! The little mouse on the right lost part of his face on the trip, but the pieces are all there and I have a hot glue gun so he'll be back to normal in no time.

Thank you so much. You sent a wonderful package and I can't wait to use these next year. The mice will stay out to decorate the house for now.

Jeanne-So glad you liked your box and it did get there on Friday. Oh no the little mouse lost his ears and eyes. Glad you can glue them back on, they were so much fun to make.

I know I am behind on calling BINGO words but I got home at 2:30 this morning from North East Ga. Hospital last evening. My Precious Niece who is just like my own Daughter was in a horrible car wreck and airlifted to the hospital. She had bleeding on the brain and we were so worried she may not recover. 35 people met in the waiting room and some powerful prayers went up in her honor and she is doing some better today. She definitely has a long way to go but with God all things are possible. Please remember her in your prayers and her name is Rena. I was the one who chose her name when she was born and my Sister loved it, her name is Angela Rena.

Thanks everyone for praying for Rena, she is some better today and they took the tubes out of her throat so she should be a bit more comfortable. She will have to have surgery on her wrist it is broken up pretty badly but both legs are ok. We found out she pulled right out in front of a truck. He got some cuts and bruises but went home after it happened.

I will call Steve (My Son) tomorrow and ask him how I get it to download. I'm way too old for learning all this new technology. Even windows is newer and a lot to learn on it. It is so much faster than my old computer and I really like that part.

Yes I received Amy's box - it's posted several comments back but I had posted a picture also later that day and it's gone. So luckily I have the picture on my phone still as once I post I usually delete it.

Thank you Amy!! Those beautiful squares are coasters she made with Christmas cards. I also got a small wooden birdhouse with stickers placed on it. My 2 yr old grandson loved this he played with it all day carrying it around. I received some orange mandarin spice tea, 3 small bear chocolates. In the little box house made of cardboard was a mini cherry lotion.. She also sent some cupcake picks. Thanks again! Not sure why that post is gone- I sure hope I didn't post it to the wrong group.

Hi Tammy went to the mail box last night. I pass my mailbox when we go out. But it has been so cold we haven't went out till yesterday. I loved the supplies for next Christmas of beauiful cards and tags and a cute idea for a napkin holder. She kept my love of snowman in mind. A cute valentine notebook. Water beads for my vase And a great frog garden flag. Lots of tomatoe, lettuce and flower seeds. I waited to open so I could enjoy it and read your note.

Now to start planning the garden. Tring to decide to go with promix to start seeds. Menards offers me discount there. Still waiting for the great Garden alive coupon for the natural beginings. Want to start peppers.

Hi! Im still around. Just wanted to check in and say hi and I miss my obf family. Im still not 100% better. My referral to the ent has not gone through yet. Im still getting my allergy shots but they dont fix everything. My granddaughter keeps me pretty busy and when I dont have her Im at my moms taking care of her and I really dont have the energy to do much more. My granddaughters getting big and talking a whole lot more. She will be 2 and a half on the 19th.

I received a birthday card from faye last month.. I think I posted when I got it but if not Thank you!

I cant seem to keep my head on straight these days. Always forgetting things, dont feel like doing anything. always tired.

Will check in later.

With SNOWMAN, I have Bingo. Keep in mind that on my list I had Cold Weather down twice so if you don't want to call me the winner, it's fine.

Nikki, If you wanted to try something from the health food store Oregano oil has been a miracle for me. If you just mix it in tomato juice it doesn't taste bad and it really helps your immune system. The oil would be stronger than the pills. Also, stinging nettle tea or pills works good for allergies. If you were up to trying it I would take both until you get better. Just a suggestion and I sure hope you feel better soon! Take care, Amy

I have never heard of Oregano oil. How much and how often? Does it have to be tomato juice or can I use something else? I will have to check it out. Im not too sure on the stinging nettle. I wanted to try tumeric formy chronic pain but not sure how to use it. And now Im thinking of black cohosh for other things. These allergies/sinusitus/menopause symptoms are killing me plus my chronic pain. . I just want to feel normal again. If I didnt color Id prob be going out of my mind.

Oh did I mention my daughter finally graduated cosmetology school in nov. so no more 14 hr days with the grandbaby. And Im finally getting days off. And she finally gave me a decent haircut after about 4 times of messing my hair up. She did what she was told to do and correctly followed directions. (usually cutting too short or giving me layers when I told her no ..lol)Yay.

Nikki, The oregano oil is strong. You just use about 4 drops three times a day. I put it in tomato juice because it tastes like spagetti sauce but you could put it in any drink. You can get tumeric in powder or pills. There is a recipe with the powder online for golden milk that is also good. You can even get the root at the grocery store and shred it up but the other may be stronger. I know a lot of ladies use the black cohosh for hot flashes and it seems to help. I sure hope you feel better! Take care of yourself. Amy

Would you mind sending something other than a peony? The ones you posted are just gorgeous, but we don't get enough cold weather here for them to bloom. I'm disappointed about that, too, since I love them. Most of the ones I had have already been sent as swaps to people where the weather is colder. Occasionally I can get one or two blossoms from Bowl of Beauty since it's early blooming, but it still doesn't thrive here.
