Granite varies greatly in price, depending on how rare the stone is and how accessible it is. Quartz countertops (such as Silestone) tend to have a much more condensed price range because it is a man made stone. But its durability and non porous surface make it a very practical countertop, therefore very valuable. You will find that a lot of granite choices are less expensive than quartz.

It appears to be granite but in fact it is concrete. Do you know about concrete prices?

I've read that concrete counters range in price from $65 to $150 although you may have different experiences.
Also, factor in the installation price, AND, with concrete, normal cabinets aren't good enough- you'll probably need cabinets that can support the concrete's weight.

All concrete is not created equal. In fact, each fabricator uses their own mix and has different fabrication methods and sealers that they use. This means that each company’s concrete will look and perform differently than the next. With the sealer being the part of the product that you will be in contact with, it is important to understand what is being used and how it will perform. This is why, unlike other countertop materials, it is not fair to judge the performance of concrete as a whole based on one fabricator’s version.

Keep in mind that concrete is created completely from scratch custom for each client, so there is typically no set square foot price like other slabs of stone or material. Each fabricator will price projects individually based on several factors. It is not an inexpensive alternative to other surfaces, but is not going to be the most expensive either.
