Remodeling old Victorian home n Chicago

Hello,

We are on our way to remodeling the first floor of a 100 year old Victorian home in Chicago. We have nearly finalized or plans and are currently getting estimates for a GC. If you are a GC in Chicago and interested in bidding on the work, let me know. Also, if you have suggestions of someone you have used in Chicago, please let us know.

The best one yet is the dozen empty vodka bottles found in the ceiling of the basement. The second picture is the old kitchen which is going to be the new living room
