Different way to mount the oven and microwave. Is it convenient? How are they vented?

Hi, and thank you. The cooktop is vented from behind. (the vent rises off from the countertop surface...the set is from Thermadore. Double ovens are wall mounted between built in "tower" refrigerator and freezer also from Thermadore.) I'll attach another photo. The microwave turns out to be very convenient.
