what sizes do these come in, and how do I take measurements.

I just had a new HVAC systm installed in my story book Tudor house. The system came with cheap plane vent covers which I want to replace. There are different sizes of intake vents ceiling and floor vents.

Also to take measurements, you would want to measure the actual hole in your floor/wall/ceiling. Do not measure the existing vents because we won't get an accurate idea of the hole size. Be sure you specify to the person you speak with which measurement is length and which is width.
