This can be fixed. First you need to order either one piece or two piece crown moulding from your kitchen cabinet company. The moulding will sit stacked on top of the frame of the wall cabinets. Problem us that your installer has the cabinets set back too far (or the soffit is too deep.). He will need to remove and rehang the cabinets (firing strips on the wall will help) so the the crown moulding can sit on the frame of the cabinets. The resulting gap on the bottom edges and any exposed sides can also be covered by trim moulding. If this doesn't make sense, I suggest that you take these photos to the company that sold you the cabinets and they can surely help you out. Don't worry it will look great when you fix this -

This is not the cabinet installer's fault unless he was hired and paid to rebuild the soffit to level.

You can install crown, but things are gonna get weird at the right corner cabinet if you do.

It may be better to rebuild the soffit above the fridge so the cabinet mounts flush with the front of the fridge and install a panel at the fridge side from the new soffit to the floor. This would break up the span by 1/3, fool your eye, and make it much easier to get to the liquor in the cabinet above the fridge.

Although you might hafta move those ceiling cans.

Lower the remaining doors on the right, raise the left, and caulk between the soffit and cabinet front.
