Looks very good! The flooring goes well with the counter tops as I would keep them. Yes the cabinetry looks great for the new look, ask yourself if the flooring needs to be changed!? Also I like your new lights! Looks like your cat likes it!!

Your best bet would be a wood looking tile and that would look great and hold up over time! Bamboo is great looking but it will give the look you have now over time. Do a tile there as leaks can happen over time.

I love the blue and white with the acacia- try to match the floor to that. You should also be able to order to doors to fit under the sink and then just pain them. If you want some vendors - send me a message. The peninsula lights are really cute too.

Black cabinets sound so chic! At first, I was considering a darker blue. I love when people put their own tastes and creativity into their homes, instead of going with the norm!

The blue paint is General Finishes Persian Blue milk paint. It's amazing to paint furniture and cabinets with and the color is a dusty blue. I used their High Performance top coat as a sealant! General Finishes also has glazes to put over the paint, if you're interested in doing that with your furniture too!

Thank you for the info on your paint color. Just did a search and there are lots of pics using this color. They even had a chair with the fabric painted using this paint!

Emily, we got the countertops from Lumber Liquidators. They have many different types of wood for all price ranges. We ended up using 3 countertop pieces & 1 island piece, with some leftover for other projects.

BTW, your ceiling light fixtures need to be switched out for something that goes with the pendant lighting.
