I'm in the middle of putting a fresh coat of paint on the walls before listing my condo and need some help!

Current paint is SW Duration in satin finish. I went and bought Cashmere in medium luster this time to stand up better to scuffs and reflect a little light (my condo has very little natural light). Did I make a mistake?

I am doing the fabric texture look to hide the imperfections from pictures being hung here and there these last 30 years.

I have the opportunity to change, because I have to go back to SW and have them replace the Modern Grey. I had the person look up what I bought last, but the failed to notice SW changed the composite since I last bought it and the cooler tone doesn't work with my decor.
