I vote plain white quartz counter and no hardware on the white cabinets. I love your clean, contemporary look. I think adding wood sills will not add to your clean line style.

Any of those quartz options would be great. Pure white won't look boring. I would add the same refrigerator handles to the large doors, for the symmetry and function. I would not add anything to the window sills. Keeping it simple keeps the focus on your view, and with a table there you won't really see them anyway.

I love the modern cabs! With the warmth of your floor I think pure white would be a modern, timeless, beautiful option. I think marble looking CesarStone might be a little too transitional and take away the modern design. We actually just installed marble looking Caesar stone quartz recently, but we are working with previously installed espresso cabinets that were modern but not as modern as yours. I would've went with a pure white for sure in your case. Its a beautiful kitchen!!!!

Pure white and no handles just the touch latch. I am not sure how brave you are but I could see a back painted glass backsplash in a color you love

Thank you for the opinions so far! Sounds like pure white for the counters is the best option. I like the idea of no handles on the tall cabinet, hopefully it remains functional that way though. A bit more cumbersome to use the touch latch vs just swinging it closed and walking away.

Yes! Definitely planning on a back painted glass backsplash...just need to decide whether white or something with a bit of color.

The other item I've been considering is adding a toe kick to the back side of the island (more for looks than functionality). Seems like the island lacks some style without any toekicks on both side and back?
