I like the rattan but they look very short?? If they are 30" they should look great:)

Not a fan of rattan...far, far too casual for this room.

Although I think the natural material complements the natural print in the rug, I would stay with lamp bases that create more color contrast with the brown tables and are more different from the coffee table.

You already have the wicker coffee table, so the smooth, light surface of the first option is best. Look for lamps that are taller - they don't need to be wider. You could even keep the one on the right, and use it with a taller lamp on the left.

The scale of your current lamps is good. You can update them by using a flat silk lined white shade. You might find one that works with a slightly more open top, but the base shape isn't right for drum shades. Go to a lighting store with your lamps to try some different styles. I would center the lower lamp on the corner table. If you still have the new white based lamp, try the black one on the corner table with the white one on the right side end table.

I like the ceramic ivory lamps you currently have, but agree that they should be slightly taller with wider shades. Here is an example of this style.
