My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Who makes this daybed/chaise? Gorgeous, and would solve a design problem of an empty dark corner next to the window I want to read near.

    I would search for "tete a tete sofa". A local upholsterer/furniture maker might be able to fabricate this for you too.

      Right??! Sometimes having things fabricated isn't as expensive as you would think. And you get the exact dimensions you needs which is amazing. Try calling Pebblehill Designs -- they do custom furniture and could be helpful. http://pebblehilldesigns.com/
