Winds Breath and Pale Oak are both nice. However, the only way to tell what looks best in your space is to get sample cans of each color. As I recall after testing both myself, Winds Breath is lighter. It's a warm-ish light greige.

Do they both have a green undertone?

They both belong to the yellow hue family. It's possible they could shift and look greenish. It's more likely they'd shift and look violet.

Is one lighter/darker than the other?

No. They're about the same.

Do either of these coordinate with Edgecomb Grey?

Not really. They're all very similar. In addition to lacking harmony, it's likely you couldn't tell that you used more than one color

When I said coordinate, I meant from room to room, not in the same bathroom. (sorry, my question wasn't very clear.). I'm just worried, I'm mixing undertones that don't play well together which will make it hard to find a color for adjoining hallways

FWIW, top is Winds Breath; bottom is Pale Oak. I realize it's impossible to really tell with these. I would get the sample cans. With our light, WB looked lighter.

After tons of research, I had narrowed it down to Pale Oak and Wind’s Breath. And then I came across this trail of comments! I’m wondering if you’re still happy with your choice. I, too was worried about the green undertone. Thanks for any insight !

Yes, I still love the color. It's warm but doesn't look yellow. goes perfect with the SW Rain I used on the walls.

considering winds breath, but there was mention of possible turning to a violet ? Any other comments regarding the undertones of winds breath . Thinking for kitchen with has lots of light southwest exposure. Thanks !

I am pretty much ready to paint my kitchen and after experimenting with many colors I’m thinking about using winds breath I just want to make sure that the Anatol not come through with lavender has anyone had that experience . I have had Sandy White in this kitchen for 15 years and I do love it but I wanted something different maybe that’s not such a good idea when you’re happy with one thing I want to change it for an unknown

Sandy white changes ion different walls but still like it. Does winfs breath have a chance in this room ?

I’m painting my living room Wind’s Breath now and am loving it.

I too am trying to narrow down paint colors for living/dining room (Pale Oak, Wind's Breath or SW Gossamer Veil). The room faces North-West and only has one good-sized window and single french door both on same wall. I have painted sample sheets of PO & WB with white borders ....still not sure. I would appreciate any input, Thank you, K!

I'm sorry, but "BM Winds Breath" is an image I do not want in my brain.

I'm almost done with my downstairs painting it Wind's Breath. If I am able, I will post a picture when the rooms are back together. I have granite in my kitchen that Wind's Breath goes with.

What would be a good color ( not too dark ) to paint a concrete floor that has the walls painted Benjamin Moore called Wind’s Breath . Thanks for any suggestions
