Need advise for basement flooring

We own a home built in 1950 in central MN, and remodeling the basement. Drainage tile and a sump pump are being installed in May. Also, the cement flooring in what will be the bathroom and laundry room will be broken up to install new/move existing drains.

We are planning on installing Luxury Vinyl Planks (glue down) in the laundry and bathroom, and carpet in the living space (will have water resistant pad). Our issue is, I'm reading that some LVP require 30-90 days for cement to cure before placing the flooring down. Is that the norm?

Does anyone on here have experience with new cement floors? And recommendations?

Also, we're highly considering Novafloor - NovaCore LVP, but I'm having a hard time finding reviews on the product. If anyone has experience with this brand, I'd greatly appreciate your feedback!

Thank you!!
