Curling & yellowing bell pepper leaves

The leaves on my bell pepper plants have recently started to curl and some are yellowing. However, the plants are still retaining flowers. Any ideas what this is and what can be done?

    Agree with all the above - peat pots are bad, that pot is too small, the yellowing is a combo of over-watering and not enough fertilizer nutrients. The leaf condition is called "Leaf Roll" (catchy title but you can Google it ;-) when they curl up like a taco shell) and is commonly seen in plants that are over-watered or watered inconsistently. Peppers prefer to dry out some between waterings.
