If the yellowing at the base of each of the leaflets that shows in your photo is accurate then I suspect you are seeing the early effects of the plant being exposed to drift from some herbicide spray - specifically Roundup has been used in the area of the plants. That would also explain what you are seeing with the tip.

Can't really see the tip in the photo but if the photo color is not accurate then the next most likely explanation for distorted tip growth is that its stem has been injured in some way.

1) The leaves aren't actually yellowing, it's just the lighting

2) I have no idea how any Roundup or other herbicide would be in the area

3) There are 8 other tomato plants in the area, and none of them are displaying the same issue

No issues here, just plant expressing "Growing pains" as it sends out new growth. It should straighten up in a day or two.

Plants just do that sometimes. IMO, too early to tell whether there's a problem. My guess is that it looks brownish in tint to you because you're seeing the underside of the leaves, which in young plants can often have a purplish cast. Check the undersides of the newer leaves on your other plants. I bet they are a similar color.
