Hi,

I have contractors laying my ceramic wood tile down tomorrow and I haven't been able to decide on what direction they should lay.

The stairs and the colored areas in the two images i've uploaded are where the tile will go. Originally, I was going to have all the wood tile in the house go the same direction as the stairs but after looking at a few photos of master bedrooms with wood tile, I think I prefer them to go horizontal with the foot of the bed...

Any suggestions? should the tile go perpendicular to the direction on the stairs?
