The collision of what looks like a shed dormer and the adjacent gable is kind of awkward. The window pattern is reminiscent of older style farm houses. The panelized garage door doesn't seem to fit the overall look so well though.

Do you think the dormer Windows should be different... also was going to use carriage style garage doors

Also maybe it would be better with a single door in the front so it doesn't look like a saloon like the commenter above stated

I am not a pro, but other than the large blank space to the left of the upper windows, the element that seems off to me is the prominent garage door. Not many farmhouses had them... Your inspiration photo does show them, but at least they are on a detached building connected with a breezeway, which is a little better. Do you have room to perhaps do a side load garage? Or could it be tucked behind the house? Just a thought.

The building is divided into three sections that don't blend well with each other, especially where the roof lines meet.

The left section looks odd -- no windows and a bit off-balance.
