Hi,

I have a 2 ton for a very large master BR and bath and I have a 4 ton for the remainder of the house. The home is 2,468sq ft with 17-20 ft ceilings in the main living area.

I am going away for 4 months and I question if I should have the bedroom door open so the two units work together or close the bedroom door and just have the 2 ton supplying that room. Normally I have the 2 ton set at 74 and the 4 ton set at 78. I have questioned the installers and get a different answer from each one. Would appreciate help
