Cement Tile on Powder Room Floor

We are installing Lili cement tiles in our powder room and wanted to know if anyone had issues with installation? Do they tend to break/crack when cut? Has anyone used Mapei flexcolor CQ grout with their tile? Would you recommend using sealer before tiles are cut/installed to prevent any mishaps from staining?

If they are actual cement tiles it would be best to use a new clean blade when cutting, yes they can still crack or break depending upon the quality of the product. It is best to seal the product prior to grouting so that the grout color pigments do not alter the coloration of the tile. After grouting and cleaning of grout a final seal is recommended.

Hi pwhite8 - the tiles were from Lili Tile, pattern/color scheme are the Sofia 6 tiles. http://cementtileus.com/index/project/sofia-6-cement-tile/
