Painting garage door and window trim

I need some colour advice. We are having our garage and window trim painted and are trying to decide between two colours (also open to other ideas if anyone has them.) We were going to do a dark grey (and have found one that we like) but also found a dark taupe that might work. What do you think? The dark grey swatch looks darker in the pic than it actually is. It is more like the colour of the planters while the taupe is slightly more brown than the planters. Also, the brick is more of an orange salmon than a pink one.
