Need Suggestions for Hiding TV Wires!

A friend is in need of some ideas on how to hide these long tv wires! They need to hang down on that side.

Here's a wall mounted shelf under the TV to accommodate the cable box with photo boxes on either side with the backs cut out to hide the cables. Then there's a cord concealer running down the wall with TV plug.

Two things 1) the T.V is too large for the fireplace 2) it is hung too high . IMO the T.V needs to wall mounted to the right of the FP with a low console below it to house all the T.V stuff and hide the wires.

you could run the wires into the corner and then get a paintable cover to bring them down to the level you need them.

Nor is it centered on that wall. This is very noticeable.

Actually, it's not that big a deal to run the wires through the walls. DIY even.

Place cords in either cord concealer (typically adhesive-backed) or metal channel used for surface wiring (typically screwed on the wall) and paint it to march your wall. Buy a media center to house your video components. Yes, you could "fish" the wires into the wall but to reach the media component you might have to drill through a 2x4, and that would be a big mess.
