I would start by designating different areas for different activities. Example, you want an area to BBQ, you want an area to eat, you want an area to sit around for conversation. So map out what and where those will be and go from there. Once you get that down, then that will dictate what kind of furniture you need. Overall from that picture, you're going to need to budget in some money for landscaping and some kind of cover for shade and privacy (whether it's as simple as large umbrellas or up to building a pergola).

large items go in corners or off to sides where they don't block views.. i.e. The wood burning stove off to the side it looks like u live in a rainy area. In that case a bench for a firepit would save u taking furniture in all the time.

Space planning is key. I'd suggest you work with a landscape designer because these sorts of spaces are very specific to how each client is going to use them.

Pizza ovens are one of those things that take up a lot of real estate. The footprint is one thing - the small-ish one I'm building for myself has a 70"x78" footer - but you're also looking at wood storage and prep & landing space. Lots to think about, and you only want to do this once!
