Question about doors and transoms

I am building an L shaped single story house in Kauai. The interior of the house will have white trim, wood doors, and 9' walls. The kitchen and great room are all in one rectangular room 20' wide and 30' long with a 12' cathedral ceiling. All of my interior doors are 80" high and 36" wide. I want 14" fixed transoms over my interior doors. But a number of doors (bathrooms, pantry and closet) are pocket doors.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. Only 2 of 4 bathrooms can be entered from a hallway rather than only from a bedroom, and both of these have regular, swinging doors. The pantry (a separate room) enters into a hallway beside the kitchen and has a pocket door. Would I put transoms only over the swinging doors and omit them from the pocket doors? If I omit the transoms from the pocket doors, the only pocket door that can be viewed without entering a bedroom would be the pantry.
