I actually like it but it looks half done as the floor isn't updated. So therefore it looks a bit like a "project" to someone because their either have to remove the paper or update the floor.

It is very nice as a decorated space, but because you are trying to appeal to more potential buyer's than those that either like wallpaper or those that like blue it should be more nuetral. It is no longer your space to decorate, it is an investment to sell and recieve the best possible offer for. It is important to remember you are not spending money to sell your house, you are investing in your bottom line. Good luck and let us know how you made out.

Every city/market is different. You may want to ask your realtor. We recently sold our mother's home (not updated in 30 years) and wanted to pull up the carpet and paint the entire house and were recommended not to by the relator. Sold the house for $75,000 over asking. Some people will love the powder room and others not so much. You will find a buyer with or without the hassle of tearing off the paper with no effect on the selling price is my guess. I'm sure you have enough to do with selling your home.

I am not usually a wallpaper person, but I would prefer what you have over the thin coat of beige my powder room was painted before we bought our house. Especially if you have updated the floor as a buyer it would be nice to have a powder room already with a classy wow factor.

Leave it, it adds interest to an otherwise nondescript powder room. I think most buyers ( except those on that gawd awful "House Hunters" show ) look beyond such things if they don't find something appealing.

I like the paper. I would also like it with a bright white wainscot around the bottom half. what I don't like is the flooring and baseboards. both are too yellow. (No to the coral). I would also switch out the cheap looking faucet to something a bit more stylish. keep the art in the blues/whites/silver metal. Dark blue rug.

mixed for me. de-personalizing is usually the rule, but the paper is current trend style and color. It works in the smaller room as well and gives a sense of style to the overall home. AS LONG AS there are equal levels of finishes/character elsewhere to express your care of the total property throughout versus a project in a room for selling. You also need to understand your regions market taste. look on line at other homes for sale, visit open houses, and check new build model homes for added ideas. They're genius at simple use of color and art to enhance the space and sale.
