Hi Aleksa! I wouldn't be too worried about a bare bulb if the pendant is over the sink--you don't tend to look up too often while you're there--but if you are concerned, there are some other types of bulbs you can consider using. Frosted bulbs, for example, or chrome dipped bulbs might work well. I've seen chrome dipped bulbs used in pendants over restaurant tables/booths. The bottom of the bulbs are dipped in chrome so the light is shining from the top of the bulb, which would reflect out nicely from the solid shades of your pendants. Plus, the pendants seem to be finished in chrome or something silvery, so chrome dipped bulbs could be a perfect fit!
