Loosing my place in discussion

Dear all,

I keep loosing my place in the long discussions on the forum.
Is there some way to get back to the post I last viewed?
I like to follow the entire discussion but when it gets to several hundred or thousand post on a thread it is VERY annoying to have to scroll down to "my place".
Using Iphone btw.
