how do I get the same lot when reordering?

I ordered one bolt but turns out I need two more. Paperer said I need to make sure they are from the same lot. How does that work?

Our warehouse does the best they can to match the lot number for orders. If you call the Houzz contact service line and give them your dye lot when you place your order, they can communicate that to our warehouse.
