My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This project is a great example of what can be done with a ranch style home. There are thousands of these around california and many have been torn down or not taken seriously by their owners. So much possibility, and a great way to live! Great job! The world needs more of this.
