You betcha plus the imagination of the designer plus the willingness/trust of customer to agree to a drawing that had one door, different opening sizes, asymmetrical, with an open side.

Also note the additional detail that the cabinet is missing the far left wall of the cabinet on the next-to-the-top level. Allows for sightline around the corner to and possibly even wrap cabinet around corner. Would be really cool if this cab did wrap around a corner.

What are the exact measurements? How much does it cost?

You can hire a cabinet designer to do this work, show them the picture by email, they should be able to give you an estimate.
