While the vanity cabinet itself ships and arrives assembled, the countertop does not come attached and sealed to the vanity already. It ships in a separate box on the same pallet to further insulate it from potential damage during transit, so once your vanity arrives, you or an appointed contractor will have to install the top on the vanity. Because they ship in separate boxes, it shouldn't be a problem getting the items upstairs provided you have enough help and a staircase or elevator big enough to fit the dimensions of the boxes.
