My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need help choosing right furniture and placement of furniture

Living room is large and very open 20 by 30, one wall is floor to ceiling windows, one wall is large stone fireplace, any suggestions would be very much appreciated!!

    Wow, beautiful windows. I'm not a pro but when I saw your images I thought of the movie The Holiday with Cameron Diaz's characters house. Leave a walkway in front of the windows, use the fireplace as an anchor.
