I would build a rad cover that extends between the windows as well and provides a credenza under the TV. Here are some inspiration pics to show how well integrated into furniture rad covers can be. The last one is more like your arrangement, but you'd want a deep credenza style one like pic #2 to span the space between the windows and provide a spot for the TV.

I agree w removing the table, and would include the the chair in the doorway, as well. Building (literally) on Deborah's idea, what about a TV console that incorporates both radiators? Your ottoman might store below when not in use. Adding a floor outlet would allow a table lamp for the console.

Try sofa in front of the window and TV on the opposite wall where the thermostat is.

THank you everyone... these are great suggestions... quick question, doesn't the radiator heat ruin furniture so if I put the sofa in front of it, won't it eventually mess up the fabric?

Don't think it will be a problem, but if you do the credenza for the TV it is doubtful you'll have your seating pushed up against the rads.

It will dry wood, so you'll want some clearance (couple inches) for a casement piece. Placing your sofa there will feel like menopause when the heat comes on. :(
