My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Paint/Stain Colours Please??

I know its already been asked, but I don't see answers of paint/Stain colours. Any help would be very appreciated!

    Hi - the stain is Broda SLT #125 heartwood on the timbers. Just a natural oil on the interior timbers. The dark stain is the same product, but an Ebony colour. Don't know about the shingles as the GC organized that - we designed the house and did the timber work on this project.
