My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How finely does this grind?

I want to use this to grind up toasted cacao to make chocolate. Will this finely and professionally grind things, and is it adjustable?
Also, is there any coating on it the stainless steel? ( I recently ordered a different one that came with some metallic coating that rubs off and contaminates the food and do not wish to have this issue again).

    Sorry for the delay... the only specs I have found on the item are listed below:

    • Self Sharpening Stainless Steel Blade
    • Used for Corn, Grain, Coffee, Cheese, Vegetables, Nuts, Coconut, Spices, etc.
    • Easily Mounts to a work table
    • Grinds at rate of up to 1 pound per minute

    They do not specify but I assume it is a "heavily tinned" coating similar to their manual meat grinders.
