We are getting ready to put in a fireplace and grill area with a bar. The top of our house is hardiplank with brick on the bottom. I am having a difficult time deciding on which material to use. Brick or stone? I have attached a picture of the area where it will be. You will notice a brick retaining wall, which will be close to the area being built. We do have stone on the front of our house (in pic), so it would tie in as well. Help!?!
